Very disappointed in John. He was supposed to wrap my boat at 10am today, after a text and a call he said there must have been a communication misunderstanding. He said he would be by in an hour (11:45am). I waited and texted him at 12:10, he said he was on the way. At 12:30 I called him and he said to me “you got to get out of my shit”. I replied I’ve been waiting all morning to get my boat wrapped. He said “find someone else to wrap you boat, click. I would not recommend John to wrap your boat, unless if you really don’t want it done.

John is the best! He comes to Sand Lake and shrink wraps my boat, quickly and expertly! I have been using him for over 10 years and have always been pleased.

John has taken care of my boats for years. Winterize and shrink wrap in the fall and I can call on him anytime if I have an issue with my motor or any other issue. He is a pro.

My family just bought it’s first boat last year and we had Ackley’s winterize and service our boat. They go through everything and tell you what you might need in the future so you prepare for it they are just really easy to deal with. Family owned local business with good pricing and customer service. What more could you ask for? Definitely going to be a life long customer.
