I applied for a loan with my credit union, I’m approved but because Trustcobank left an old lien from 31 years ago I cannot close. I spoke to Nick in person, he sent over a request, I was told I’d have an answer by next business day, this was a week ago, I put in two calls to him that weren’t returned. I called today, he answered and seemed to give me a run around, I said the bank was holding me up and that I would reach out to higher ups, he hung up on me. I called back and a girl answered I asked for numbers of higher ups and she stated she didn’t have any. I was given customer service to no avail. Absolute horrible bank.

The ATM is broken a lot. Which forces you to go elsewhere, and then they hit you with a lot of non-Trustco fees. This been happening for years.

Waited 15 min in drive thru for no one to even say ill be right with u drove around to go in waited another 15 min for only 3 people working one sitting at a desk doesn't even ex knowledge me. Ignoring customers on top of constantly making mistakes with accounts. Definitely taking my money elsewhere. Obviously have proven they cant keep up with the big banks. But by far the mechanicville location is rhe worsed i have seen

We opened a checking account here over a year ago with Mark the Branch Manager. We have had many questions and Mark was able to help us with all of them. Recently, we opened a CD with Mark as well.
