No help whatsoever at this place. Maybe if they all weren’t stoned employees. They wouldn’t be so duh. A fuse they couldn’t even do. RIDICULOUS. IT WOULD BE ZERO!!!

I was looking for something specific and could not find it. I asked Jonathan for help. I knew what I wanted, had purchased it before, but could not remember the name/brand. Jonathan was so patient, did some searches on his phone, looked up some items on the computer and found me a similar product that would work. Not often you find retail associates nice and professional as Jonathan.

We were in the area from another part of the state when our car battery decided that it was done being a battery. It was freezing out and we had no tools with us. Dyshier, James and their boss all went out of their way to help us pull the old one (the nuts were rusted and took forever to loosen) and install the new. 100% above and beyond.

Smh..Never goin 2 Rt.112 AutoZone ever again? My car needed to be jumped today, so I went there to get a new Car battery, as I am a loyal customer. The Manager of the store said they were short staffed &couldn't install it for me. I asked if I could go to another location that could install it or come back tomorrow..He told me that if I was willing to wait 20mins, someone else would come in to replace it. So, I agreed..Paid $233 &waited in my car 45min..No one came out, so I went back in the store..Waited another 5-10min before someone helped me..He came out the back &was like,"Oh, since it's raining, we can't install it"? It's been raining allday, he could'vesaid that before I spent money &wasted my time...Also, they've installed my battery previously when It was Downpourin,..so that's not an excuse. SMH..I was so pissed..I jus took the battery &left. Horrible experience.
