“Cannot say enough great things about my experience here. It was extremely easy, the staff is so helpful and friendly. I really appreciate the fact that they sending you text messages as least every other day with an update on the progress of your car — that’s so huge. I dropped my car, they had me driven to the rental place, and when I went to pick up my car I just left the rental there. Very easy and pleasant to do business with them. And my car came back perfect and even detailed. Highly recommended!”
“If you have a collision, Dan is The Man!!! So kind and helpful. Answered my insurance questions. Paid my whole claim, not just what insurance company offered. Dan I can't thank you enough for that. My little girl looks terrific!!! The next time I see Chris from Arthur's Auto Repair I will thank him for the recommendation!!!”
“Nick and Tom were great. My car was burning a little oil and they took the time to thoroughly go through it and find the cause. It was repaired and given back to me fairly quick. Great guys and great shop.”
“This place made my car look brand new! I cant get over what an amazing job they did and how kind the employees were. They made the experience of fixing a car so pain free. And they detailed my car! I will definitely recommend this place to others!”
“The best in the business. Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. Go see Rob and the team. They do better work than the dealers. In fact, dealers send their cars to them!”
“Had the pleasure of working with the incredible staff over at proliner rescue in medford on a special EMS project. Extremely high quality work, far better than what I have seen produced by anyone else in the New York state area. If you are looking for extreme attention to detail and quality service then id advise looking into proliner.”
“It was my first time here.. they were super quick and reasonably priced.. everyone was polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend and will be returning with any tire needs.”
“Quality work. Long standing local collision shop. They need to improve their follow up phone call process to customer. As a customer expect to be proactive with calling them.”
“Gabrielli and Alex from the Hicksville branch were wonderful to deal with.
We had had such poor service with Penske in the past and decided to give them a try. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable and had us approved and in a tractor within an hour. Saved us from hours/days of delays.
Highly recommend!”
