We found Gary to be polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and patient. We met with him on three occasions and not once did I feel like I was being a pest. Gary helped us get the best discount, informed us about a rebate from the electric company and told us how to obtain a $150.00 Lowe's Gift Card for purchasing several appliances. Everything went very smoothly and we are 100% pleased. And let me mention, free delivery and a Veterans discount! How cool is that!
