Don't bother taking a carvana car here with warantee if it's complex repair. Carvana kinda makes u choose their in network mechanics but then u come to the conclusion that they don't want the carvana work. Like a dentist getting paid 20 cents on the dollar from your dental insurance. They told me my suspension was good. Saw no problems. Then I took to pep boys next day, my tire psi on all 4 tires was off by 8, too high, it was missing 1 lug nut, my rotors were visibly damaged from being wrong rotors and shocks were shot and car was bouncing all over in there 5 minute test drive. People boys concluded this in 10 minutes without going on tje lift. But firestone had nerve to waste my time and money taking Uber home after dropping car off to literally bs me. Even worse they knew they were bs me as they gave me no paperwork nor said nothing but good luck when I picked car up. That never happens at a auto shop. They tell u what they did etc ...unbelievable unprofessional scam situation over here. If ibwas paying cash they probably do $6k in repairs happily.

I have been a Firestone customer for years now l, and their Patchogue location is by far, my favorite! Everyone is always so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and it is one of the reason I keep coming back. The second reason (and most important) is their management, they go above and beyond to provide impeccable customer service, and ensure that all your concerns are met in a timely manner. I highly recommend Patchogue Firestone; you won’t be disappointed!

Years ago, we lived in E Patchogue and always had our vehicles serviced by the Medford Firestone. Pricing was fair and management was honest. What more could I ask for. We live in Riverhead now. My wife was on the L.I.E. and thought she had a flat tire (23 psi). She detoured to Medford Firestone. The service technician took her vehicle in right away and determined all 4 tires just need air. He added air in all 4 tires and no charge for his time. (My wife tipped him $10). He could have said, he fixed the flat or that she needed a new tire, but he was honest and did the right thing. What more can you ask of your friendly neighborhood Medford Firestone. Thank you for continuing to do the right thing for your customers.

The service management team was very responsive to my questions and requests. They were very polite and professional. The customer service was top tier. I was very impressed by their genuine service. It felt like every customer was treated with respect and kindness. It was truly appreciated. I also appreciated the smiles the gentlemen had on their faces, I can trll they enjoyed their work and work environment.

Al and his team are the only mechanics I trust to touch any of my personal vehicles and send my whole family to his shop for service along with my co-workers and their work vehicles. Al and his team make quick work of any service needed and I've never had to go back for any complaints, it's always been return visits for more repairs or service as needed.

Buyer beware. Took my car to get tire patched after I found a nail in it. They called me a bit after I dropped it off that the tire would need to be replaced but that was only after they pulled the nail from the location that was deemed irreparable or not patchable to “see if it was leaking” which it wasn’t prior to me bringing it to them. Save yourself the headache and stay away.
