Naresh, The mechanic at the shop is highly skilled and knowledgeable. The only downside is that the shop is small and the workload is heavy. Only took my 26 Tuscon for a recall. Unfortunately, I had to wait over a month for the appointment. Service writer Darlene was awesome. Got me put before noon. Very pleasant to talk to.
