Island Recreational offers the best prices on Long Island for above ground and in ground swimming pools, supplies, equipment, services, and repair. The Medford location is very well organized and very clean. The staff is great, super friendly, and helpful. Staff members are very kind, understanding, and detailed, knowing their stuff and going above and beyond. They are very personable, offering helpful recommendations and carrying items to customers' cars. The service is amazing and definitely recommended.
Had to fill up some of my pool with water, and didn't know what to do. Took it in for a water test and Kevin G helped me get all my levels back in place such as Alkalinity, PH, and helped decrease my copper level! Now a couple of days later, all seems good and back in range. Highly recommend this place!!

Cashier Nick T is always helping. I've in the store probably 3 times this week and he was my cashier each time. He helped update my account let me know all the deals available to me. Great worker and very personable.
