Island Thrift offers a variety of items, including clothes, dishes, glasses, toys, and vintage pieces. Customers often find unique treasures and appreciate the spacious and organized layout of the store. Many shoppers enjoy the thrill of hunting for deals, especially on weekends when certain color tags are half off. However, there is a recurring theme in the reviews regarding the pricing of items. While some customers find reasonable deals, others feel that many household items are priced higher than what they would pay in regular stores, with some items being close to retail prices. Though the store is noted for its cleanliness and selection, shoppers have expressed disappointment over the pricing strategy and the inconsistency of sales. Additionally, some customers have experienced issues with store policies, particularly regarding locked items. Overall, Island Thrift is seen as a mixed bag, where browsing can be enjoyable, but shoppers should be prepared for variable prices that may not always reflect thrift store expectations.
These stores need to acknowledge that these items are not new and not every familiar brand is quality anymore. If all I see not curated are PU brand name bags I can go to Kohl's, Marshalls or the outlets and buy them brand new.

As an avid thrifter the prices are outrageous, used handbags that they got for FREE are 100+ , not only that the condition in which the items are in aren’t even good . You might as well buy new at the retail stores . Clothing items are priced outrageously as well … I recommend American thrift !

I previously gave this place a bad review and have now changed my mind. I specifically come here for clothes, you HAVE to come in Tuesday when almost all the clothes are half off. It is very affordable with the half off deal.
