I brought my Grandmother's hand painted canvas in, which was left to me when she passed. Our moving company accidentally broke the 60 year old frame the painting was housed in. Thadius in the custom framing department was amazing. He helped me with the frame and matting and really cared.
My Grammy is now home.

I have mixed feelings when it comes to Michael's. I admit I'm spoiled from years of shopping at A.C. Moore, but the prices at Michael's is crazy. I love their seasonal decor, but those prices are so unreasonable. The jewelry making department is fairly big, and they seem to have a fair selection of yarn. They also have a lot of paint. Sometimes I'm able to catch clay on sale for $1 so that's good!
