Highly recommend! I was referred here through Allstate, and I could not be happier that I was! Very friendly and thorough, vacuumed the dashboard, which previous service providers have failed to do in the past. And they gave me a goodie bag for the road-cookies and glass cleaner. Very reliable, fast, and friendly service. They came to my house and were done replacing my windshield in about an hour. Also got a box of Italian cookies in a goodie bag. Would recommend them to anyone!

Called made and appointment and job done. They showed up during time frame , friendly and professional and took about an hour to get the windshield replaced. Great company would definitely recommend and use again. The Free gift was also appreciated!

Called On The Spot Auto Glass - it was easy making an appointment. Friendly receptionist. Service men came earlier than expected which I was happy about! Service was fast and VERY professional. The two guys that came to fix my car were friendly and very professional. They thanked me for using their business and gave me a goodie bag which was such a nice touch. Would use them again and I would highly recommend them for windshield replacement. Thank you again!

Friendly service guys came and installed my new windshield with lane assist put back in perfect. They even took off my camera and installed it on my new windshield. When they were finished they gave me a recyclable grocery bag filled with goodies AND 1 pound of Italian cookies how awesome is that? A great install and a great goody bag.

Some j*** smashed one of my rear windows. On The Spot replaced it for a reasonable price (less than a couple of other places I called), and Jose did a terrific, and fast onsite repair job. Well done, zero complaints!

This business was wonderful! My husband called and scheduled a replacement for my windshield. Unfortunately, my husband couldn't be here while they changed it and *I* being a total girl, had no idea what to do. Do I tip? Do I stand and watch them? The two workers that came were courteous, respectful and very kind. It was so interesting and cool to watch them change it! I'm so happy and will be recommending this business to anyone in need of glass services. Also, I have to reiterate to the two gentle men...they were great. Thank you .

What a pleasant experience! After having the worst experience with a well known competitor, a friend of mine told me about On The Spot. I called them on Wednesday afternoon, they got my insurance approval after 4pm, and were able to put me on the schedule for Friday morning! They also were so accommodating with the fact that I had to be out of the house by 2:30 for a funeral. They called me when they arrived, the 2 young men were very friendly and polite, they even came with a goodie thank you bag from the office When they finished they called me again to come out. I signed the paperwork and they advised me as to when I could drive and how long to keep the tape on the new windshield. I appreciate niceness SO MUCH, and everyone I encountered in this company was so very nice.

On the Spot Auto Glass is amazing!!! I am never using Safelite again. Check this out!!! I tried to schedule an appointment to have my windshield replaced with Safelite, 2 weeks!!!
