I had a horrible experience here today. The lady that drew my blood was not helpful at all. I was t sure exactly what my script was for so I was trying to clarify I asked her if we were testing for specific things she never answered my ? Until AFTER SHE DREW MY BLOOD. Only to find out my script was not even correct. Granted that part was not her fault but I asked her prior to her sticking me and charging my insurance company! Very unpleasant at this location! Very rude when I asked questions to the point that I didn’t even ask any more I just left quietly for peace of mind. I’ll never return to this location

It is very difficult to draw blood from my veins because they are very small and ways collapse and it usually hurts that was not the case today. They did collapse and it did take three different butterfly pricks and two technicians but yes they were able to draw all of the full times that were needed

Wendy, the young lady who drew my blood is gentle when drawing my blood. She is friendly and kind.

I went in for standard bloodwork and urine test. The check in process was very fast and efficient at the kiosk. I was called in 2 minutes after I completed the check in. The technician was very nice, put me at ease (I have a thing about needles), and took my blood painlessly. I received my results online with explanations that were easy to read and understand.

As a walk in patient, I was pleased with how promptly I was called in. The office was clean. My blood draw was quick and painless. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely return to this facility.

When I arrived, I used my phone to check in following the text message instructions. However, I was not able to complete the check in on my phone. The staff told me that's because how the online check in web app was designed. Because of the URL address at the bottom of my web browser on my iphone, it was not showing the Check-in button. But it did not even allow the scrolling of the page.
I ended up using the kiosk at the office to check in. Looks like your online check in web app needs improvement.
Other than that, the place was clean and quiet. It is located in the convenient area. The staff was friendly and performed her task very well.

Private clean office right off the 495 interstate. Did not have to wait long to be called in by phlebotomist Brian who was exceptional. extremely gentle and fast. I recommended this office to anyone

I had quite a few tests for bloodwork and this location is always my first choice. I had Cheryl for the first time today and she was absolutely my favorite so far. I hate needles and I tend to talk too much, but she was very sweet and put me at ease.

Terrible!! ? a worker there named "Brenda" treated me and my babies in an unprofessional manner. What kind of people do they think they have working in these places and the supervisors do nothing I am very sensible and I left that place badly together with my children. I WILL NEVER COME BACK.
