“First time at Elite. This is not an “address the complaint, throw parts at it and move on” place. Richie paid attention to everything I told him, thoroughly went through my aging bmw, found the issue- even uncovered a little surprise- communicated with me clearly throughout. I was uneasy about it at first bc I have a trusted specialist, but they are far away from me and cost and timing for dropoff and pickup were too cumbersome. I’m glad I went with Elite, my car is happy and so am I. Would recommend.”

“If I could give 10 stars, I would. I took my car to 2 mechanics to fix my air conditioner, paying a combined $2,400. In each case, the car started blowing warm air shortly thereafter. After disputing both charges, I brought it to Engine Tech. Bernie and his staff correctly diagnosed the problem and repaired it properly. They are all quite professional and kind.
In an industry that is suspect, this was the proverbial breath of fresh air

“The most knowledgeable auto shop I’ve ever experienced! My car was in for a battery check and replacement, which I received at a very fair price—but I also received a mutipage detailed analysis of other issues requiring fixes prior to my next inspection, compete with photos. Very impressive! The shop is very busy (a good sign) and well staffed with smart people who are also very funny—a big plus. The customer room is clean and inviting. I’ll be returning to fix the issues identified in the fall and encourage everyone to bring your cars here. I sent the report to two of my friends who are looking for a new shop and they said they will definitely use this excellent place!
The above was the review I posted after receiving an inspection report. I’ve now had all the work done (plus some other problems that couldn’t be detected until the car was disassembled). I’m very pleased with the attention to detail that this large, friendly—and funny!—staff provides. The shop is always humming with business, which tells you all you need to know. Highly recommended!”

“One of the best mechanic shops on route 112 I was so frustrated with repairs on my durango.The warranty company that I have didn't want to fulfill there contract but frank and his son help me through the process to ensure the warranty i had covered the repairs.
