Came here to mail out a package on a Saturday right before closing when all other post offices were already closed. Within minutes from closing, Jake was super friendly and helpful and did not appear rushed or agitated. He greeted everyone with a nice smile and even made some lighthearted jokes. Thank you Jake for brightening my day as I’m sure the same went for the other customers you had ahead of me.

called this post office to check where an order was (red flag #1) i thought the package i sent was missing. immediately when the phone was picked up i had to repeat my tracking number 3 times and was yelled at over the phone. they lose packages and have bad customer service. do not recommend

Workers work there at windows ALL ARE UNFRIENDLY, ALL ARE TOO SLOW TO WORK TO COMPLETED all my mails / packages they took too long to finish per mails / packages... Also they are DISRESPECTFUL and DISCRIMINATION on me because I am Disabilities!!!! This place MUST SHUT DOWN!!!! DONT GO THAT PLACE DONT!!!! Stay away from this place... Go other Post Offices is / are better than this place WORST AND TERRIBLE WORKERS!!!! Also they did tried to damage my / our packages... RUDE WORKERS!!! I NEVER AGAIN GO THIS PLACE!!!! They always make problems / trouble maker with me!!!! THEY HAVE NO RESPECTFUL NOTHING!!!! BAD AND WORST WORKERS I have ever seen at any Post Office this place WORST, BAD AND TERRIBLE!!!! Also even We / I did posting stamps on all packages match price / cost... But they still tell me to PAY!!!??? HUH They WRONG!!! NO NEED for me to pay... It's there stamps on packages why need to pay for??? NO REASONS!!!! So they are GREEDY MONEY $$$!!!! Again NO RESPECTFUL NOTHING AND DISCRIMINATION on me because of my Disabilities.... I don't have problems / issues other Post Offices good and fine many other place are FRIENDLY, NICE, RESPECTFUL, HELP AND OTHERS but this place NO!!!!! They are MEAN, CRUEL, UNFRIENDLY, UNHELP, DISRESPECT AND DISCRIMINATION... All other Post Office no issues with cost / prices but this place ALWAYS TELL / ASK ME FOR MONEY... So they are GREEDY FOR MONEY $$$!!!! THEY ARE WRONGFUL!!!!

I have mailed checks to friend in Medford and 2 checks are now MIA.
I know they left the Vista Post Office here in California!!!
Please advise! No other checks to any other state have gone missing. Only to my friend in Medford NY.

This can't be real. 48 hours go by and my package that was supposed to be here yesterday haven't moved in same location. I call them and after 50 min go by I get someone to speak to just to tell me to deal with it. That there is nothing he can do. Then said he needs to take another call.

If you are shipping packages do not use this post office. Every package I ship out of the Medford location sits at the post office for at least 2 business days before there is any movement on the package. I have never experienced this at any post office.

I bought a new passport from them and paid extra for it to come early over a month later today I tried contacting them and a lady got on the phone, said hi, how can I help you, then I said "hi I just have a question", she said were closed goodbye, then hung up without me saying a word, keep in mind it 11:36 they close at 5:30. I called 4 other times no answer even called on a diff phone no answer WORSE POST OFFICE EVER.

This is my favorite post office. The staff at the front desk is always very friendly, efficient and willing to assist. And also their closing hours are a little bit more late than most of the other posts offices, they close at 5:30pm, what makes it more convenient.

This was around 3:50pm to 4:00pm I went to close out my PO Box, the guy at the middle counter helped me to close it out, at first I thought he closed out my PO Box when I gave him my PO Box keys, after I filled out the change of address form I asked him if I was eligible for a refund since I opened my PO Box (medium size) on December 2022 and closed it on February 2023, he's like "no you're not eligible for no refund, I already checked so take care." When I got home I checked online to see if it was really closed I saw that it was still open and that guy nevered closed it out so I had to close it out myself on the site and was able to get my refund to be charged back to the original card. It didn't make sense that he tells me that i'm not eligible for no refund if I had the PO Box for 2 months (paid for the year). if I checked it myself online and it said that I was eligible for it. I forgot his name but he seems to be sketchy.
