It is very often crowded at the pharmacy and the line is long but the staff always have a really good attitude about and are working very hard.

I know what you're thinking....." customer service is awful everywhere I go" but folks not here,it is actually excellent at this Walgreens especially if you work with Chris. Chris makes sure the needs of the customers are met and he goes above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is a positive one. No matter what your concerns are, Chris will offer a suggestion or answer a question for you. I highly recommend stopping by this location and ask for Chris, tell him his famous customer sent you.

My wife and I just left Walgreens Pharmacy after waiting 50 minutes while at the same time being the second time. Once we pulled up to speaker and pressed button there was no response. After several more attempts someone told us they would be right with us. After another 15 minutes a pleasant young woman came to assist us. After giving our information we were told there were only 5 pills available. As my wife needed the pills we said fine and waited anther 20 minutes to get the pills. Not sure what in gods name was going on. Attendant that helped us when available was pleasant however how it can take over 50 minutes to get 5 pills is beyond me. Maybe more staff. Better Management. Will hurt them in the long run.

This pharmacy is garbage!!!!! My vet wrote my dog a script literally this morning and when I went to pick it up they said they couldn’t release it without confirming with the vet. The last time we picked up the medicine they didn’t have to confirm with the vet. She said “we can call them Monday because we’re closing soon” (it was only 3:30 when I went to pick it up and I’m pretty sure they don’t close the pharmacy until 6) which is just unacceptable. I told her no we’ll call now because my dog is out of the medicine and is in a whole lot of pain without them. They made no exception to release the medicine to me and now my dog will have to suffer for two days without it. I basically begged her but she said it’s ultimately the pharmacist’s decision and the pharmacist she was referring to wouldn’t even bother to look at me or speak to me. So heartless. I’ll make sure to never come here again.

If you are looking to get a vaccine pick another pharmacy or Walgreens. After having appointments for both a Shingles and Hep B vaccine when we arrived we were informed that they did not have enough Shingles vaccines and we need to have the vaccine done at another Walgreens. We still decided to have the Hep B vaccines at the Walgreens and waited but while we were in the vaccine area someone that just walked in and did not have an appointment was able to come in and be seen and vaccinated before 3 others that had filled out the necessary paperwork and had appointments. And even after quietly pointing that out and calling the store to get a clearer understanding of what happened it was dismissed and no sufficient resolution or apology was given. I will never use this pharmacy again for any prescriptions or vaccines. The pharmacist giving the vaccines also doesn’t have the best attitude either. Not friendly or nice at all. And was a similar experience back in November with the 1st Shingles vaccine but I just gave her a pass and figured she was having a bad day. Definitely need to do a better job!
