Really limited pharmaceutical supplies in terms of splints, bandaging, wraps etc.
This location is more of a general store, like an upmarket family dollar.

Horrible service people charged my family's capital one card when it was not the one on file and my medicine wasn't ready Even though my mom got a text on her phone that my medicine was ready will you still have to wait for the 30th to pick it up

Had a very difficult time returning 2 items. Had the receipt for both but it still became an issue . The associate repeatedly asked if I purchased at Walgreens?!?

Excellent service in the Medford store today. My son is in Army Basic Training and I used the website to order photos so I can make his victory forge lantern. Got there and his head was cut off. Of course I started to lose it; but the associate was so kind and helpful. Fixed the issue immediately and applied a coupon to my order that I didn't know about. Sorry I didn't get her name but the receipt number is 211 4365 0022 hope that helps in getting her the recognition she deserves for being an exemplary employee and human being.

We love Walgreens. We switched from CVS a few years back. The pharmacy people are so.pleasant , not nasty from being overworked. The whole staff at my Walgreens in Medford is so friendly, I don't mind the extra miles I drive to get there.my.mother still goes to CVS and takes some of the same medications my husband and I take, she pays $10-$15 more than we do! And this is with insurance! Google prices, you will see CVS charges more for everything! Even non- prescription items!Love my Walgreens in Medford, NY. Best move i made.

Usually love this location but had to reduce the stars due to rude interactions with employee Sydney. Twice the employee hung up without saying goodbye. And the second time we spoke I thought maybe it was me, so I said, I hope you enjoy the rest of your day" and they still proceeded to just hang up. That and the lack of compassion or care during our conversation made me sad. As someone who work in customer service for many years, this was off-putting.

I usually go to CVS right across the street but I was looking for something specific that they didn't have. I walk into Walgreens and wow! What a fully stocked and organized store! Friendly staff willing to help me find a needle in a haystack, I really appreciated it! Found my merchandise, checked out and was on my way, think ill stop in Walgreens more often, loved that great customer service. Highly recommend this fully stocked store!
