“Reading all the excellent reviews already, I cannot add any different type of comment. Have bought at least 3 computers and the one printer I have had with these professionals. I LOVE their remote "repair" whereby they connect with my computer in my home with their business in Medina. No unattaching cords, moving my desk computer (Win 10) ( as opposed to lap top), getting everything in a vehicle, traveling through possibly snowy or rainy weather....so easy and fast. These people "know" their "stuff" and & how to solve "problems" remotely. Pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy... unconditionally recommended.”
