Friendly, courteous service. We've been customers for over 35 years now! I miss some of the people that have left since the transition from MSL to the present but the staff there now has always been nice to work with!

I’ve always had great pleasure using generations bank. Been banking with them for the past 6yrs. Staff are always easy to work with. Kaleigh has been a big help since I always mess up the coin deposits. Glad to be banking for this company. I highly recommend!

I have been using generations since I was 16. I love how easy it is to keep track of and do everything on the mobile app. I have always had very pleasant experiences with staff. Going to certain social settings, especially important ones like the bank has always been something thats a little difficult for me. Kaleigh has always made me feel comfortable and welcomed!

I love going to see my favorite teller Kayleigh, she always gets this huge smile and says I make her day when I come in... and I told her same... always very cheerful and willing to help , even goes the extra mile with out being asked, when needed.

Much has changed since being acquired from MSL.Service is on par with today's standards.The staff and manager give 110% effort with the tools they have been provided.The home office really should spend some time to learn about and participate in the Medina market.

I’ve been using this bank for years! Everyone there is very friendly and always willing to help when needed! Kaleigh from the medina location is always very helpful and polite and has helped me with any questions I have. Definitely recommend banking here!

I have banked at Generations Bank for many years now. I have been satisfied with the employees and the amount of customer service they have. It’s a good bank just wished it hadn’t closed its location in Albion- only negative thing I have to say about the bank.

I love the hometown feel this bank has held onto despite the world moving to larger bank institutions through mergers and online platforms. The employees always make you feel welcome and like so much more than just a customer. I have banked there for decades and have never been dissatisfied. They have always been accommodating, I highly recommend.

I've been banking at Generations for just over 3 years now for my small business. They have a very professional and courteous staff. The website is very user friendly, as well as the phone app to deposit checks. I highly recommend!

Was with this bank for many years. Applied for a loan of 16000 the reason I took this loan was to pay off a loan that I had with them already. So basically I was giving their money right back. But it was saving me a few dollars and payment would be lower . But they turned me down so they are not there to help anyone your just a number to them.Plus my credit score was 717 which is pretty good and was never late on all my loans in the past. Looking forward to banking somewhere else.

I have been a loyal “customer” at Medina Generation Bank for over 11 years... I rearranged my finances and was close to flirting with the red line(having a negative account). I’m on Unemployment and my paycheck was delayed... I asked to fill out an application for an OVERDRAFT PROTECTION SO I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED $35 per TRANSACTION IN THE RED. I have insurance/disputes on my credit report so my credit score fell below the “650” mark that is required for approval, which was not disclosed on the application... They charged me multiple times and were unable to properly assist/help me! They do not care about their customers!!! Only their money.. !!!!! ALSO. UPDATE. CALLED THE OUTSOURCED NUMBER... they didn’t have a clue what was going on and told me that the person I have to speak to was on “LUNCH” at 12:30... still waiting for a phone call next day ??♂️
