Got a UHC healthy benefits card in May. You can't get all the allowed items at Tops. Spoke with 2 managers and never got a call back. When you go and use your UHC card you most always have to pay some money š° out of pocket. Walmart registers allow all allowed items to be paid for with the UHC card with no problem at all. I will be doing more of my shopping at Walmart. Prices are better and hassle free.

Medina Tops October 2 just after 5pm.
Didn't get her name, but the lady working in the bakery was done with her shift and she kindly took time to slice a loaf of Italian Bread for me.
She deserves more than my thank you, so Im recognizing her here.

There overpriced at Tops on everything. I only go once awhile when they have ice cream on sale. Some pop and other items on sale days. So cashing out the lady asked if I wanted a paper bag. I said yes then she charged me 9 cents. She didn't tell that. How cheap can that company be to charge š². Now I know next time bring your own bags in store.

The checkout lanes are always for 15 items or less so then you have to use the EZ Scan's and it's hard to do so when you have a cart full of items especially for insta cart shoppers. Very inconvenient.

So overpriced. Force you to buy more by doing 2 for 1 deals even though you only need one. Also have had multiple items be expired by the time I get home. Aldi next door however is 5/5.

They purposely keep sale tags up but charge the full price at the register. 5 different items that had bogo or almost half off rang up full price. If I didn't call it out I would have paid so much more. They're supposed to remove all the sale tags THEN update the prices but this tops doesn't. All sales are removed but the tags are still up.

Iām not one to ever post reviews but this is unacceptable. My husband went to the customer service desk to pay our electric bill. He was greeted by the worker(Cindy B.) speaking angrily to someone on the phone about how she needed them to figure out their account number and then slams the phone down. She then turned over to my husband and says, āWhat do you want?ā. He says he needed to pay the electric bill. She then proceeds to say she needs the account number. He starts to say it though she interrupts and says something along the lines of he āneeds to write it down, not say itā. And gives him a paper. He tells her he needs to pay however much, and gives her the correct change. She then spats that he gave her too much even though that was the correct amount. Long story short, he pays and walks out. While telling me all of this, I looked at the receipt and she typed in the wrong amount. 88 cents short. So I turn around and go in myself. In line sheās telling another girl about how itās āquittin timeā. I tell her she charged my husband the wrong amount and she starts to blame it on him saying thatās what āhe saidā. Seeming over my own attitude towards her and me over the childish he said she said, she cashes me out and I leave. Story over.
I donāt understand, if you donāt like your job, then quit? Saves you the energy you have left. Other than that, we havenāt had any problems at that location. Hopefully they dig deeper into the applications next time.

Pretty big store for our small town and relatively good hours. However, Iāve bought food there only to realize itās expired once I got home multiple times. I also canāt go in there for the simplest items without spending $100, so itās almost cheaper and more worth it to take the trip to Wegmans for better quality and options. Iām loyal to Aldi and avoid this store as much as possible.

The degree of rudeness from the night shift self checkout workers and stock boys, is off the charts. It is plain to see they do not like each other and that is extended to the way they treat customers. I was here on 1/6/2024 around 2000 hrs. and couldn't locate my bonus card and was met with extreme rudeness from the young brunette 18 year old, who is always rude to people.I needed help with the terminal and was met by attitude. This is the 4th time in 3 months with her. These young people are disrespectful to the few shoppers that remain with this store. I spend anywhere from $6,000 to $8,000 in this store annually. I'll be shopping at BJ's bi weekly due to this rude night staff and lack of correction and guidance on how to treat your paying customers. In addition, I've had to return spoiled meat, blue bread and expired food stuff. If your store closed tomorrow and was replaced by a dollar general, it would be a plus and d.g. is a close second to stores I despise. Goodbye forever tops !!
