By far the Pharmacy Dept at Walgreens in Medina is the most incompetent pharmacy I've ever dealt with. I ordered a medication in a timely matter. I go to pick it up, they give me a 5 day supply bc they are out. They assured me the medicine would be in the next day. So I go up there, (20 minute drive) and they don't have it. So I call the next three days and still no medicine. On the 5th day, which now I am out of medication I get nothing. No phone call, no prescription and bc they gave me their 5 day supply I can't get no more supply(mind you this is a non narcotic med, something I've been on for 15years). I talked to the store manager and she apologized for the behavior of the pharmacy staff and was surprised to learn that they didn't request a order from the nearest pharmacy.

Had a very pleasant visit today around 4-430 and I love this Walgreens !! Was very pleased with the amazing customer service and warm welcome from Tammy I think she is a manager but not sure definitely like this Walgreens the best!!

Across the street from the Dunkin is this drugstore. They are at the corner of Main and Maple Ridge Road. Stand-alone with plenty of easy parking. Drive thru pharmacy. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have.

Very disappointing. Went in for Christmas ornaments and asked one of the workers where they were. She was rather nasty and pointed me in the direction of where they might be. There was nothing there. It was better when it was Rite Aid. Most likely won't be back.

Sadly, the service in pharmacy has dropped significantly. App will text me as ready then when go to get not ready or not enough meds to fill. Phone wait is long or phones are down.

They have messed up so many people's prescriptions. People have gone in to get their prescriptions they were told were ready, to either find that they aren't filled at all or that their printer is down. Then they tell them to go back in the next day, so they do, and its the same thing as before, they cant get their prescription. So the people aren't getting the prescription they need on time.
