“The owner at Key motors went way way above and beyond. Our lights weren’t working when we tried to hook up the trailer and he came out in the dark and cold, getting under the hood of our truck, trying to help diagnose issue! When we realized we couldn’t fix it, he happily put us in a truck instead. It was after hours by the time we left. We rent a lot of UHALS and have NEVER had service like this! Thank you! You saved our butts last night!”

I witnessed this gentleman below “Richard Koonce”(with the bad review) who I do not know at all! be unbelievably vulgar and disrespectful to the point Essentials had to get police involved after many failed attempts of defusing the situation. You can’t fault a company for doing there job when your out driving with no license and an illegal plate on your vehicle causing accidents and think your not going to get charged!I Just went on this site to get Essentials number again to use them and saw this gentleman picture below and the review he wrote and felt I should share the actual truth on what happened!
