I haven't even rented an apartment from them yet, but I can't seem to get anyone to call me back to schedule an appointment. What do I have to do?

Horrible. Too many awful things and too painful to recount. You won’t get fair treatment here. Property manager targets people. Corporate office will not respond to complaints.
