The location is highly convenient and boasts an exceptionally professional staff. Each member is thoroughly trained, well-mannered, and possesses extensive knowledge of the services offered. It was a pleasure stopping by this ship center.

Employees are all very helpful. Only complaint is sometimes it gets very busy especially during the last 45 min prior to closing time usually because some idiot walks in with 20 packages to ship and all of them are labeled wrong or something similar. Be prepared to wait if you arrive close to closing time which is 7pm m-f.
