I am very disappointed in the customer service at this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center.
As a Deaf individual, there are only a few ways for me to communicate with hearing workers. When I showed one of the workers my phone with the return shipping label, he said something unclearly and stayed focused on his laptop instead of helping me. I felt ignored and had to wait for several minutes.
Eventually, he handed me a paper with an email address and I sent the information, but he went right back to his computer without explaining anything. I was left completely confused, not knowing if my email was received or what to do next. The poor communication and lack of respect for me as a Deaf customer was extremely frustrating.
I tried my best to stay calm and not lose my temper. Thankfully, another worker, who I believe was the manager (he had a badge on his chest), finally helped me. He was respectful, communicated clearly, and completed my return process correctly.
I told the manager directly that he needs to train that worker much better — especially about showing respect and improving communication with Deaf customers.
I also refused to let the first worker touch my phone after how disrespectfully he treated me. Instead, I gave my phone to the manager, who handled it the right way.
All workers are supposed to put customers first, because without satisfied customers, there is no business. Please think carefully about how you treat customers like me. Do better.

I went to the location to process my passport renewal via an expeditor and Anthony and Noemi were such a great help. I was having no results with calling the expeditor to find out what else was needed to finish the passport renewal and Anthony picked up the phone and called directly to find out what was needed. The two of them made this process so much less painful than it needed to be. Without their help I don't think I would have been able to complete this task.

Anthony at this location was incredible to work with! Not only did he help me print all 7 labels for my packages, he helped me identify the packages with weights and sizes and taped it all up very nicely. I’m confident with this location thanks to Anthony’s help!

I have been a long time customer at my local branch office so I’ve seen many teams over the years. The Melville Long Island store is led by Pasquale and his team are the most competent & professional that I’ve experienced. Michael and Noemi are to be commended for their customer facing skills and business acumen. I’ve been in leadership for my entire career and I know first hand that a team like this is no accident - thanks guys and keep up the best practices!

After providing all the information asked at this office on April 22 my package has not been delivered.Manager at this location, Pasquale, today at 8:40, after telling him my frustration about my situation simple insist that is my fault for not doing enough research before doing international shipping and said “I think we are done here” to after walk away from me.Awful service, rude attitude, too busy to called me back, too busy to be patient while listening what I have to say after being on the phone with at least 15 representative, obviously +25min calls.I expect the district manager Lauren Procopio to hear about this, get a call from billing department to get a refund and my package back.

I love this location. I ship from here and also print stuff at the PC desks they have set up. It's very convenient for me and the staff is always super helpful. Zero complaints! Keep up the great work!
