It was fine. The rock w clean staff was kinda all over the place but the weather had a lot to do with it I'm sure. I will say the front desk person handled a nasty nasty customer with grace and professionalisim

This is a clean hotel was very nice rooms. Has nice reception area and bar area too. Plenty of parking. The people are very kind and I would stay here again.

Had a great stay in Melville. Rooms were nice and clean and the restaurant team gave my 3 yr old a nice bday treat. Thanks for the great hospitality!
