110 Pharmacy gave me the wrong dosage of my medication. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he wouldn't admit he was wrong and refused to give me the correct, most current dosage of the medication. He became argumentative, irate and was very unprofessional. My insurance company found me a new pharmacy and thankfully my insurance voided the mistaken medication that was the wrong dosage.

We have been long time customers of 110. Outstanding personal service. Once when out of state I left my meds at home. They worked with pharmacy where we were and took care of our needs seamlessly treated like a home town business where everyone knows your name.

this is the best place in Melville. everyone in this pharmacy is extremely helpful and I get nothing but best service each time. they have the best and most friendly delivery system which saves lots of time for my entire family. thank you 110 for being here for us, I am extremely grateful and impressed.

I was very disappointed with this store. I purchased a back brace in the store. The sales person gave me many to try on in the store. She had no problem opening the boxes to let you try them on. I was undecided and not sure of what to buy. Being in pain I tried one of the braces she gave me to try on. When I got home I tried it on again and realized it was hurting me. I went back to the store the next day and I was told that all sales are final. This was very misleading to me. I should have been told before my unsure purchase that I would not be able to return this product. I was told due to COVID no returns but it's ok to open all boxes in the store and try things on. This is really all about money not COVID anymore . Sorry 110 Pharmacy you just lost a valuable customer who has many community friends..

My husband's doctor instructed him to purchase some items that were only available at a medical supply store. We called 110 Pharmacy and they had what we needed but we're closing at 6pm. I got there with just a moment to spare. Seeing how stressed out I was, the woman behind the counter collected all the items for me. Assuring me all the while that things would be ok. Each person that I encountered there was helpful and kind. They were very knowledgeable and that too was a comfort. I highly recommend shopping here. They store also carries wonderful gifts and higher quality items. By the way, their prices were the same as Amazon or in some cases a bit less.

I have lived in this area for 36 years. I have been using 110 Pharmacy for all of these years. Never did I have a bad experience. They have always been very helpful. They do not know what your medical issues are and to blame them for giving you the the wrong medicine for four years is ridiculous. You should know what you are supposed to take. There are many websites available to check the meds you are taking and what they are for. I have never had anyone being rude to me, never have I had to raise my voice or argue with any staff members.

Not going back pharmacist and staff were not wearing masks. When asked the manager said it's not required. I don't feel safe so won't be going back

I honestly am disgusted and horrified by the negligence and horrific customer service I've experienced at this pharmacy. My Doctor ordered a prescription and then cancelled the first as we realized it was the incorrect one to give me. The second prescription was ordered within 30 minutes of the first and I waited until I got the second text confirmation to ensure there was no issue or mix up in prescriptions. When I arrived they found one prescription ready for me and gave me that. I trusted, foolishly, that the pharmacists and staff on hand were competent enough to do their jobs and give me the prescription that was correct, not the one that was cancelled. When my Doctor and I had my 3 month check up she was horrified that I'd been taking the wrong medication and explained to me that all the issues I'd been having were a direct result from the prescription the pharmacy filled and gave me incorrectly. When I confronted the pharmacy, particularly annoyed at the situation, I was greeted with a "well you have the right one now so what's the issue". I'd been given the wrong medication for THREE MONTHS because of their negligence! I then spoke with Denise, a nasty piece of work, who blamed my Doctor first, then me saying I picked it up too early (I waited for that second confirmation text so couldn't have been me), then said her system showed I was given the correct medication (insinuating I was lying), and then had the audacity to judge me and ask why I didn't realize I'd been taking the wrong medication for three months. These medications have long and confusing names to the consumer, I trusted the pharmacy to fill it correctly (which is their job)! The nastiness, judgement and complete disdain I was shown because of this pharmacy's malpractice and negligence was horrific and I warn everyone to go elsewhere. No apologies until a false one was given at the end in a mocking tone and I was laughed at when I turned around to leave. Repulsed by the pharmacists and staff in what should be a professional establishment.
