The staff are awesome, friendly, pleasant, and helpful, always greeting customers with a smile and offering knowledgeable conversation. They sometimes offer mystery grab bags, which are mostly worth it but can be disappointing, as the bag can appear big but contain a lot of wrapping paper, though it does include many samples. A Warehouse Pass, for sale on select Saturdays, also allows entry to the attached company store.
