She truly cares about her job and making a good name for the Post Office, more people should be like herI went to get my passport during the hours that are posted on the usps website. I was then told the walk in hours are different which were only posted on a small sign inside the post office. The woman who told me this was less than accommodating and told me I would have to make an appointment (which does not work on the website) or come back during walk in hours another time. The funny thing is that there was not other customers in the post office at the time. They could have easily fit me in as there was no one else waiting for any other service there.”
