Dec 1st, one person working on a Sunday, football, holiday weekend..
I ordered 2 turkey subs at 11:55am. I had to wait til 1250pm to finally get them. He kept stopping to help every other customer. I am a very patient person, but at this point, I was 35 mins late to where I needed to be. The young guy was very nice and polite...kept apologizing. Also, courteous by changing his gloves every time he helped someone. Took 30 mins for the first sub. And it was just turkey. But there should be NO WAY he should be all by himself. If you can't hire anyone. Then the manager should be called in!!!!
I am at this gas station pretty much everyday. Because of the great rewards you offer..and the very nice associates you have working there.....but your business will start to go downhill if this continues.

This place has gone down hill. Been stopping once a week for a slice of breakfast pizza at 8:30am and always out! I ask the clerk is a new pizza coming out and they all play stupid saying ooh we don't have time to make a fresh one. Worst customer service in the country. Wake up and put some pride into your business!

Tamara was lovely and nice and accommodating as she ran to make 4 sheet pizzas, ring out a family of 4 single slices, and had a line out the door of people buying beer. It is 80 degrees on a Saturday && your gas station is busy. Would love to see her get some help or be paid for doing 2 jobs at once.

The only good worker they have there is Sheldon and how does the company repay him for his hard work they cut his hours and when he does let company know when someone isn't doing their job right they cut his hours. The only time that place is clean is when Sheldon is there he is the only employee who follows rules an regulations like wearing gloves when preparing food or serving food while other employees don't wear gloves I say we put in a petition for Sheldon to be to store manager and run that store because no one else does but I know I will only be going to that store when Sheldon is on if he is not on when I walk in I'm leaving because I don't want people handling my food with out gloves on an Sheldon is the only one who does wear gloves. My advise is if u go to Crosby in mendon and Sheldon is not working walk out or be prepared to get sick when ordering food.
On 5/4/24 how many ppl ate from Crosby in mendon Ny?

Single employee working Sunday afternoon. ( 12 noon) both at front register and for everything else, including my sub order. I waited approximately 1 hour to get my order of two half subs while the poor hardworking employee sold everything from gas, to lottery tickets, preprepared pizza slices, and sundries to others, while working in my sub order preparation in between.

Susan is the friendliest person in the world! Definitely go during the morning and early afternoon for genuine smiles and a positive attitude!!!!Coffee is good. Prices on sundries are on par with competition. They have ethanol free gas at the western-most pumps. Place gets rocking around lunch time.

I love this place for the simple things. Its a gas station, it has coffee and some amazingly good breakfast pizza. Grab some beer or a quick gotta have it item, i am a fan. The loons on here 1 star bombing this joint cause of ticky tack things should go back to there moms basement.

I have gone to this gas station and spent countless amounts of money for years. My boyfriend, who looks his age, 49, went in with his expired i.d. and was refused a tobacco sale. Understandable. His fault. It was home inthe envelope on the kitchen table. I went in, current i.d., 48 years old,Grey hair, wrinkles and all and was refused as well. Buh bye Crosbys. ?

NYS id’s are extended through December 3rd for any id expired after March 1st. I have not had a problem with a single other place following this regulation. Update your rude employees so they don’t make you lose out on sales because by having outdated information.
