Worked with Gabe from Saxby to purchase the zero turn mower for our church. Divine intervention led us to such an excellent company and individual. Today, Gabe dropped off the 60 inch ISX2200 Ferris with a top of the line Kawasaki 30.5 HP EFI engine. The church lawn normally takes me about 4 hours to complete. Today, I completed the task in just over 3 hours with much less bone jarring action. What a dream machine! Fast, strong and clean.

I bought my Kubota B2500 from Saxby in 1991 It is still going strong, and I attribute it to the great service Saxby has done over the years to keep her going. I recommend them for sales and service. Advise: do not let anyone else service your item and it will go forever.

When I called and asked for a part, they said they had it in stock, however the cost was over three times that from two other dealers that needed to order it. When I asked the salesperson the part number so I could compare to what I had with him he refused and said “that’s how they make their money!” The other two dealers were able to share their part numbers. He was also non negotiable and a very bitter individual. Don’t sit there on your comments back that your reviews speak for themselves because they don’t! Hopefully people look at the lowest reviews and see the same issues. I would never give these people my business.

Family-Owned lawn mower and tractor store. Mechanics are always very friendly. If you have any problems you can talk to them, the easiest way to resolve them even if you do it yourself

The mower deck belt on my John Deere riding mower would break almost every time I mowed my lawn. The mower was serviced at a John Deere dealer, but they never solved the problem.
I finally went to Saxbys as a last resort. I explained the situation with the mower deck and belts. Saxby picked up the mower, took it in ONLY TWICE and fixed the problem. The mower goes to Saxbys from this point forward. They are EXCELLENT in Service.
