I just went to this store and the old men on the counter was telling me I can’t take the small bags of lemon juice and it was try to sell I decided don’t buy anything and he said don’t come back to the store I say I don’t coming back specially if you still working here

Went in the 7/11 At 150 Merrick Road Merrick today saw the sign on the door for two slices of Pizza and a 20 ounce Coke for 5 dollars with the App. It rang up as $5.65 I corrected the cashier that it was an incorrect price. The tax with the bottle deposit was too much. Tax rate is 8.875 percent and bottle deposit is 5 cents. Should’ve been 44.375 tax making the total no more then $5.50 I was overcharged 15 cents. This was the second time in this Store. The owner came over and Started arguing I told him to get a calculator and check it. They Overcharge you then get Nasty. This is A Rude ignorant owner stay away they are a crooked business stealing from their customers.

I went to scan my lottery ticket this morning and the only machine outside was not working properly. The first two work, but the third doesn't. I asked the staff to scan the machine for me as it was not working properly. He didn't help. After trying a few times I asked him again. He still doesn't like to do it. I wonder why he works there? Isn't this what he should do? I was the only customer and it wasn't busy. The person name is PARESH

For years the store owner has been overly rude, aggressive, and quick to anger. Prices are always jacked up and the owner will actively try to overcharge you and will become aggressive if you fight back.
Genuinely one of the most degenerate people i’ve met, deciding to end free slurpee day 2 HOURS early, despite every other 7-11 in the surrounding area ending at the normal time (7 PM). If i were you, i would NEVER go here.

Owner/employee is always rude and impatient with the customers. They DO NOT accept coupons/specials on the app and you don’t know it until you go to checkout. Their iced coffee tastes stale and sour, like it has never been changed, nasty! The only good thing is the hot coffee taste but I’d rather go to the other 3 7-11 locations close by who DO accept my app/specials and appreciate my business.

Just went there to buy coffee. I took 2 small cups, was going to pay with Gpay/wallet (from Android) and it did not work, I tried many times (needed that coffee so much) and still phone was showing ✔️ but at the cashier it was errorSo the man started yelling at me that I am obligated to have cash or card with me, "what are we going to do with this?? It is going to be waste!! We are losing money!I was trying to explain that I am not happy about that nether, he kept screamingAnd if 7-Eleven is going to charge him for that coffee it is not fair too, maybe that is why he got sooo mad

I came in to refill my 7/11 purchased soda cup. Cashier overcharged me. I told him that was incorrect. He said he right. I told him to scan my cup. He refused. I told him to go look at the posted sign. He refused. Then the guy says to me... I do not want to fight with you because you are a woman... so he went back and came out with a female employee. She walked over to the beverage dispenser and actually BROKE the piece with the prices off the sign! Rude and obnoxious would only begin to describe them...
