I went to AT&T for a phone replacement emergency. My iPhone 12 fell off of my cars roof when driving (I mindlessly left it there by accident) on newbridge rd and Jerusalem ave. After an hour without realizing I didn’t have my phone, I went back to that intersection and found it. The phone no longer worked, and even though a screen protector protected my phones screen, it no longer was turning on. Since that night I was traveling to go upstate, I needed a phone pronto!
So, I went to AT&T and was seen promptly after the salesperson was done with their customer. I was eligible for an upgrade, and got the iPhone 15 pro max in black. I wish they had more color options available, but I’m still very happy with my black iPhone! The service I received was great, and was given a good deal.
