Bath bones and beyond is a fantastic company. They are very clean and always flexible when it comes to scheduling my dogs to get groomed. There are multiple locations which also is a great benefit. I go to the one in Merrick, the staff is wonderful. They are looking their Easter’s best!

It was our first time there, I brought my Labradoodle, and had such a great experience! He gave them a puppy cut like I asked, and he looks amazing! They definitely made a great first impression. Will definitely go there again!

I just took our dog Rocket to this establishment for the very first time for grooming and he will definitely be returning. Cindy was very attentive, took notes of my requests, and all my requests were fulfilled. My husband picked him up after his appointment and was pleased with the results as well.Rocket smelled so so good!! His face was perfectly cut and we were finally able to see his eyes. His hair does grow fast, so I might have to request they cut a bit shorter next time, but he looked so handsome after he left from here.

Brought our dog to the Massapequa location, same ownership, they cut my dog during his grooming appointment and severely injured his paw. His injury required surgery and seven stitches to eventually close the wound. The owner assured us they would take care of the Vet bill but it's been 5 months and they have avoided all contact with us. They have provided nothing but excuses. Stay away at all costs. They are a danger to your animal.

Best dog groomer on LI. I have 130 lbs Newfoundland (challenge for any groomer). They are efficient, professional and caring. And reasonably priced. I only wish I found them sooner. Highly recommend.

All staff are super friendly and they do great grooming! It’s the perfect place and my dogs love them all!!! The spa is very clean. They come back looking stunning!!!

Not happy with this place. I called them to see if I could get my Airedale in. I told the woman four times what the breed was and her size. She told me to wait while she looked up the price. She mentioned I think a Welsh terrier. I said, no this is an Airedale very large. She said, yeah I know. She said $85. The day before my appointment she calls me back and says it's going to be $120 because how big the dog is. I told you four times her size and now you're changing the price. I told her I wanted a breed specific cut when I dropped her off. They immediately tried to upsell me when I was dropping her off. Took them less time than they had thought but that's probably because my dog is so well behaved and calm while being groomed. When I picked her up I was kind of surprised that she did not have a breed specific cut. It was an okay cut but not for the price they charged. She had a clippers scalp in her right hind quarters. Her underside was not even. But I really liked how they made her feet really round. The face definitely was not breed specific. I don't think I'll go back.

We bring our 85 lb. Bernedoodle and two wheaten terriers in to BB&B on a regular basis because they are the best groomers in the area hands down! They go the extra mile to brush out rather than just shave the pups.
