We had a wedding emergency and needed another flower girl dress ASAP. Camilla was a major help. We called them an hour before closing, described the dress, even texted them a photo, and within minutes Camilla had our family sorted out. Can’t say enough great things about this business.

MARIA IS 10/10. Silly me I didn’t make an appointment, but Maria saw the look on my daughter’s face and came to the rescue! Attentive, friendly, and so welcoming. what an amazing experience. I haven’t been to Cathy’s touch since about 6 years ago. I would recommend using them every single time. Talk about customer service! Keep it up !

Fabulous from the moment we walked in. Fantastic customer service. Staff made my daughter feel so special for her upcoming communion. Included her and I in the decision making process on which dress to choose. We left with big smiles. So happy with our gorgeous choice. Thank you to this wonderful business, we will be back for our future special events.

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Cathy’s Touch (a communion dress store) and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
One of the standout aspects of this store is their amazing service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we found the perfect dress. They were patient, attentive, and provided valuable suggestions without being pushy. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making this special occasion memorable for us.
In addition to the fantastic service, the prices were very reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of beautiful dresses available within our budget. The quality of the dresses was impressive, and there were plenty of options to choose from, ensuring that every little girl could find something she loved.
Overall, our experience at Cathy’s was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, great prices, and a wide selection of dresses made it a memorable and stress-free shopping trip. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of a communion dress. The employees truly made the difference, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase.

PLEASE READ : Cathy’s touch?!??? more like CATHYS BAD attitude, i had the absolute WORST experience here, had an appointment my granddaughter picked out dresses someone had put the dresses in the room, then the people from the appointment before comes in later and we get moved to another room with no help! Wasn’t until half our appointment went by until we were actually helped. I guess appointments don’t mean a thing! If they can’t handle the amount of customers don’t book as many appointments or set longer appointment times. Other customers were being helped during our allotted time, just hope you don’t go when it’s busy because they don’t know how to allocate their time. The attitude we received from two of the three people in there was atrocious not welcoming at all, this was supposed to be a memorable time however, since we were left to our own devices they took it out on us by pointing out (and announcing) certain ways they run their show room. If we were being rude about that I could justify the employees attitude but we were trying to help and figure this out on our own.

Wasn’t the experience I was hoping for. Left very frustrated and disappointed. My appointment was a 4, and no one helped us until 430. I was told they were finishing with the 3pm appointments. No one directed us where to look for the proper size dresses, when someone finally helped my daughters dresses were placed in a room with other customers and we were moved with no guidance or direction. When we were finally helped my daughter had already tried on about 10 dresses in the wrong size and was over looking for dresses. When we figured out her proper size there wasn’t much of a selection to pick from. Ended up being a waste of time and will continue to look other places. We sadly left without a dress.

The owners are simply amazing! They went out of their way to ensure my son had everything he needed for his communion. When they found out his suit was backordered, they worked tirelessly to find me the same quality suit! I highly recommended this store not only for the quality of items but for the outstanding customer service!!!!

My daughter and I had a beautiful experience this morning at Cathy’s Touch for her communion dress fitting. Camila was so kind, helpful and gave expert advice! We found an absolutely stunning dress, veil, headpiece, gloves, pair of shoes and a purse. I’m beyond happy with our communion choices and highly recommend such a wonderful shop!
