Was very dissatisfied i went in on my lunch break to have a letter notarize when i arrived told that it was gonna be an hour wait i went back on my second break where i was waiting and then the proceeded to tell me that i needed an appointment ! Customer service was trash that was something that they should have mentioned the first time i was there i would have never wasted my time and came back! Poor customer service and they only had one notary

My family and I have been customers at Chase Bank for over a decade. They have been great in their professionalism and dedication to their clients. Kelly was excellent helping me set up personal banking that was sufficient for my needs and Michael has helped me make smart investments that have been beneficial to me in the long run. I will continue to do personal banking with them in the future.

I was just there at this Bank tellers take forever to see you, I waited in line for a very long time. They man behind the teller was very nasty and rude. This will be the last time I come to this branch.

Chase takes your money for service fees even when you meet your minimum balance requirements and refuses to return the fees even though you prove them wrong. Closed my accounts!

Worse bank ever I went inside with my elderly Granma that has Alzheimer’s I guess they thought I was robbing her so they called adult protective Services on me worse bank ever

We have been using this bank for decades, and have benefited from the superior service of bank manager Peter Katsigiorgis and his staff. They have handled our mortgage, investments. and credit cards in a way that Inspires confidence. Recently, we had a serious data problem with our account, and Peter immediately got to work straightening it out with the home office. I did not have to spend precious minutes proving who I am. Also, investment manager Michael Mott has given us years of helpful attention.

Daughter brought change in to exchange and the leather faced women with the blond dead hair bitched the whole time. If you hate your job at the bank then quit. You work at a "bank" you deal with money.
