CVS is Easley the worst Pharmacy you can go to. They cancel prescriptions and lie to you about it, they change prescription refill status without your permission and so many other issues. I have been waiting for them to call my doctor because they have questions about a particular prescription for the doctor. They want me to call my doctor but I don't know what the questions are.

Ellen was amazing!! She showed me the extra care rewards program signed me up with a card and made my rough day so much better with her warming personality! Definitely became my new favorite cvs after incredible experience!

The Merrick Rd CVS in Merrick, the staff are excellent, always willing to help, attentive and will assist you all the way through your shopping experience. The store is always clean, well stocked and organized. It is a pleasant atmosphere to shop in. If you need vaccinations, the staff explan everything you need to know and answer all your questions. There are many staff that I see regularly, they all are helpful, but Barbara is so sweet, and funny, Eve, Elizabeth, John and a few names that escape me, but are great to...

My local CVS is in Merrick, and I have been coming here for all my general needs and pharmaceuticals my entire life. In my recent visit I needed help getting allergy meds (allergy season!), and was assisted by Nicole who not only helped me choose the right medicine for me, but also helped me set up an account with CVS, showed me how to download the app & get that set up - and set me up with some free samples (love that!). I’ve seen her before in the store and has helped me numerous times finding products, and I see her interactions towards other shoppers, all who seem to enjoy her presence (one even stopped her to show her family photos from his previous family weekend getaway). Nicole gets a 5 star review from me! (and it’s not just because we share the same name! ??).

I purchased a gift card from this store and it had an error and wanted to return it immediately but was told by Sebastian the operations manager of this store that it is impossible to do as per CVS policy gift card errors and refunds have to be processed by corporate. He also explained that I was interrupting his lunch and that I should understand that and he should not have to stop his break to accommodate me. He then was very belligerent all while his face beat was melting off like a popsicle on a 100 degree day. I understand employees have rules to follow but there is also a common decency of how to speak and communicate with another human being. Sebastian definitely lacks those skills and should not be able to be in the position to have managerial responsibility or roles.

This CVS is nice looking on the inside and outside but looks are deceiving. The store manager Eve is great very hospitable as well as Mike the shift supervisor and if I could I’d give those two 5 stars I would. Consequently I cannot as the operations manager Sebastian is horrendously rude, inconsiderate and very full of himself. He has a prissy attitude and just tries to spew”protocol” at customers. I wouldn’t recommend going there when he is on duty. Also the face beat didn’t give. Hopefully you can experience the other lovely staff but if you see or hear Sebastian run for the hills.
