I went to get a manicure. I had gel polish on and the woman ran around looking for a working dremel tool. I left when she couldn’t find one. The place was dirty, cluttered, and unorganzied.

The woman is so sweet and gel nails come out great and excellent prices. I do recommend to call ahead as it’s only 1 person.

I called and made an appointment the day before for a regular manicure. Just for anyone wondering, currently this store is appointment only... no walk-ins will be accepted. I arrived early and was greeted into the salon. There are only 3 people allowed in the salon at a time. Right now, there is only one woman working, so I was not seen right away. The store has a ton of nail polishes to choose from and different brands. Due to COVID, the salon is taking proper safety precautions for the customers' health. Before I was seated, the woman thoroughly wiped down the chair and table with disinfectant wipes. She patched one nail, filed my nails, cut my cuticles, and painted them just the way I like it. She even gave me a quick drying top coat without me requesting it and while my nails were driving she gave me a shoulder and neck massage. One downside to this nail salon is they are not using their drying station with the UV light, so I had to dry under a small fan at the station where my nails were painted. Additionally, since I was the last appointment for the evening, I felt rushed out of the store so that she could clean up and close. I dented a nail in my car when she told me to go because I was dry. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Not clean or sterile at all. Went with my siblings for pedicures and my brother went first. They used one of the wooden sticks to get some gunk out from around and under his toe nails and then just put the stick back in the drawer. When it was my turn she picked up THE SAME USED STICK with his dead skin still on it and tried to use it on my foot! I had to ask her to use a different one, and she just took one off of a manicure table. I wasn't paying as much attention as I should have, because I think they used the same nail clippers too, without cleaning them (if they had been properly cleaned, that would be ok!). On top of all that, it was rushed and they didn't even do a foot/ leg massage. 2 days after the pedicure I woke up and had athletes foot, so now I get to deal with that. Wonder what unsanitary place my feet were just at....

I went in for a pedicure. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had! This woman was about to paint my toes and never cut or filed them. After I asked her about it she cut my nails. Polish all over my toes and you wouldn't believe the shape of my toenails! Some of the polish has come off already only hours later!
