If I could give this place a zero, I would. I've been going here for years and have been extremely happy with with my nail tech. However, since the new owners have taken over it has become a trainwreck. The so-called manager Tracy, is cold and unfriendly throughout to every customer that walks in there. The other manager, Annie, has to make up for Tracy's lack of friendliness to a point where it is almost too much. Because of the negative experiences I have had recently, I have decided to switch nail salons despite liking my nail tech. Tracy should not work in customer service. What a shame.

Worse mani and pedi ever!!! The girl didn't talk or answer any questions. The massage on feet and hands was a minute and a half without pressure and my cuticles were back after 4 days. Never evergoing back there

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been going to Tracy for over a year now. She is never pleasant, never says hello and essentially just grunts at her customers. Her attitude is unwarranted, but I tolerated it as she did a decent job. Today, not even that happened.
I went in today to get my nails done for my WEDDING this weekend, which I said several time. Not even a congratulations or anything. I asked for a white pedicure with sparkles on my big toe. You would think I asked for something outrageous. Chloe could not handle the simple task and asked me to wait for Tracy to be done with my manicure. I got powder dip. She did not properly remove my previous color, and it can be seen on multiple nails. God forbid she took the extra 5 seconds to wipe my nails with remover. I also asked for a design on my middle and ring fingers to which she used stickers for. Fine, no issue, except that she did not make sure there were enough of the same images and the corresponding nails do not match.
On top of that, the sticker on my RING finger, which will be in every photo, has an air bubble and red from the previous color.
When getting finished with this disaster, I asked about my toes and she told me no because she didn't want to do it As simple as that.
When reaching out after, being so upset and disappointed, she made the statement, "You think it's all our fault. Fine."
I'm sorry, but who else's fault would it be? She is the one that did my nails, not me.
Disgusted by her behavior and I suggest you go elsewhere.

clean &!all new, however every time i go i get a different job, sometimes great, sometimes good & sometimes horrible. very inconsistent & often rushed and always poor back rubs! Prices are average, Annie is great but always booked

They liked to get more clients than having a good relationship with us. Only 1 person is friendly because she is the supervisor. They don't give quality treatment and service. The manager speaks English but she only chosed people to talk to. When you get a regular mani, 8 nails for sure would bubble-up. They need new stocks of polish. And when you come back to fix it they will say pay $6 or $9... In most places if the same thing happen they won't charge you.

The workers are so sweet and the prices I think are fair compared to other expensive salons. The kindness of the workers keeps me coming back :)

I started coming here in July of last year, not thinking that I would leave my previous nail salon for good. But after my first experience at Han's nails, I haven't stepped foot in any other nail salon since. They have always been so nice, welcoming and accommodating. I've had a few of the techs for pedicures, and they've all been great. Tracy is my go-to for nails, and I love her! She is patient when I ask her to do my crazy nail designs, and she always does an amazing job!! I highly recommend Han's nails - just make sure to make an appointment and be nice to them!!

Iv been to Hans nails a couple of times already and they are by far my favorite nail salon. They are very accommodating and the ladies who work there are all so sweet. You can tell that they enjoy what they do because I have never been disappointed with any of my service’s. Hans nails salon is a gem and worth the visit!
