My experience here was very unprofessional. I placed an order via an online QR code that was sent to me via the company. My job was projected to take 3 days. I called 2 weeks after, with no call or email to find out my order had still not been processed. The kind lady by the name of Jennifer apologized and assured me that the job would be ready Wednesday. I called on a a Monday, exactly 14 days after my deposit was submitted. I called Wednesday early afternoon to attempt and pick up my order, and to no surprise is was still not ready. I kindly asked for some type of discount or to not pay the remaining balance as my service was over 2 weeks late by this point. I was placed on the phone with a man that was very rude. He made me feel inconsiderate for asking for some sort of incentive without even showing any type of remorse over the fact that my order was exponentially late. He proceeded to cut me off as I tried to speak, and ultimately cancelled my order and gave me a full refund of my deposit, which was about 60% of the total. I had to hang up the phone because he would not let me speak, and I had to cut him off myself to get a word in. He did not attempt to take accountability whatsoever for his lack of professionalism, blaming ME for the reason my order that I sent in via THEIR QR code didn't not enter the system.

We have been using Minuteman Press for years for business related work. I use them the first time for something personal. I sent pictures some very rough with bad backgrounds and asked them to create a calendar as a birthday gift. They kept me posted every step of the way sending proofs and making changes as I requested them, and I requested many. The pictures came out perfect, retouched or with blurred backgrounds as I requested. I could not have asked for a better outcome. The gift was a hit and almost bought him to tears I highly recommend Minuteman Press Merrick for any and all of your printing needs.

Had to get some new company flyers made. I met with the owner. John and I sat with Jennifer, The graphic artist and she was absolutely awesome. Super helpful. They were right on time. I had new flyers printed within 4 days. Recommend them five star all the way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Highly recommend. The staff, especially Jenn, was extremely helpful & patient with me while I navigated sending a complicated design. They are very easy to work with and will go out of their way to ensure your design comes out well.

I am extremely upset with the service and would not recommend using this unprofessional printer. I had come in on Monday asking if a few flyers, brochures, and booklets could be printed out by Friday, with the Thanksgiving holiday being on Thursday. First of all, the older woman working there was completely short and rude with me asking about my files. I’m sure there have been other people that don’t know how printing works, but I am a graphic designer so I have experience with these things. The man who was looking at the files told me I could get them by Friday. He also rushed me out and did not ask about any paper weights, etc, and had to call me after I left to ask. They also told me I would receive a QR code to make a 50% payment, which I never received. I called multiple times on Friday and ended up going to the shop to see that they were closed. Now I have to scramble to get these printed at Staples where I know the quality will not be as nice as a “real” printer. I will not come back and will not tell anyone to come here.

Mike and Jen did a rush job for me today. They were nothing but professional, kind, understanding and got the job done in a timely manner despite how busy they were. : Professionalism, ResponsivenessThey are very slow when it comes to printing. I just wanted door vinyls to print for the side of my truck and it took 2 weeks. When I finally picked up my vinyls on my way home I realized that they printed someone else's authority # on my vinyls and not the information I wrote for them to put on it. It's as if they copy and paste the numbers in. When I contacted them they told me I have to pay again to get it fixed because they had sent me proofs before they sent it to me. The proofs I received I thought they were just sending it to show me the orientation of the logo and the wording on the vinyl. Didn't know the random numbers would be printed also. Because those weren't th numbers I wrote on the paper when I placed the order. I must say I there vinyl quality is good. But now I think I have to get the issue fixed elsewhere plus I did a second order for my friend definetly canceling them tomorrow

Hands down the best Minuteman Press I've ever been to. The owner John and his staff extremely accommodating, creative and helpful throughout the entire process. Definitely would recommend and will use again for all my printing, the service was great!

The staff at Minuteman Press is professional, timely, and attentive to any/all printing needs. John Jutt has been in business for over 30 years and his Minuteman location is an asset to our community. He is a community participator in Merrick and I know our PTA heavily relies on him for any printing needs. This staff is some of the most down-to-earth people I've ever met, especially during these uncertain times with COVID-19, they have been nothing, but helpful and timely with any essential business. I would recommend this location to anyone and everybody.
