Scott Russ Music is a great local shop and music store that has been family owned and operated since 1947. It sells and rents quality new and used musical instruments and performs expert repairs on site. The service is wonderful and the staff is friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable, and quite talkative. The owners provide great customer service and are passionate about their business. They stand by their word and uphold the best of standards in everything they do, offering great warranties and maintenance. Their merchandise is not much above MSRP, and they focus on selling the highest-quality product. Repairs are done in the time frame promised, often at a cost considerably less than quoted. It is a rare and highly recommended place for all music needs, with an outstanding reputation built over 70+ years.
I'm very happy with my experience and service. Scott and Co. serviced my Stratocaster fixing some electrical issues. Most surprising is that the cost was considerably less then I was quoted and work was done in the time frame promised. I highly recommend this business for all music needs.
