Terrible customer service. I went there today to get a paper notarized and in addition was interested in opening an account with them but was completely turned off by the horrible customer service both from the teller and manager. There was nobody behind me on line, no other customers at the other counters, and it was not busy at all yet they denied me a notary bc “it was at their discretion” and due to “high demand.” And it was their discretion to turn me away even if I was willing to pay a fee and it was not at a busy time. Pure laziness and rudeness. Will not be going there again and will not be opening an account there either.

Now I see why they have low ratings. Terrible customer service. They careless about your time and stack up a pile of people in lobby and do absolutely nothing and just claim they have an appointment coming up but no one shows and they just pass by customers waiting outside. Horrible place for your banking needs

Horrible Experience. I arrived and got on the line. I requested to have a paper notarized. I was told it was an hour wait because the woman chose to put two people before me that came in after I did. They don't respect the order in which people come in.

I went in to this branch was having so difficulty with my banking accounts . Christian was such a nice person to work during this time . Extremely nice and made me feel comfortable.

FYI: I went into Investors Bank on Merrick Rd to get a letter notarized. When they asked if I were a customer, I informed them my wife has a substantial account. The manager then stated notarizations were "for customers only." Um ... WTF? In desperation, I went to TD Bank down the block. A bit shellshocked, I stated forthwith that I wasn't an account holder. "That doesn't really matter," and before I knew it, I was notarized. I told them what happened at Investors, and the guy was a bit incredulous: "Wow. Are they, like, complete weirdos?" Needless to say, I'm now a TD Bank customer.

What can I say, what a terrible experience at this branch. I end up speaking with a guy older than my grandfather ROBERT that obviously think he own to bank. The man was so upset about money that owe to the bank you would've think it his own money. Even thou I would like to think race didn't play apart with his rude obnoxious self I bet to different. The simple problem that he couldn't fix was fix by one phone card to customers service. The manager GRISELDA was very professional and I can definitely see why she is the manager and not ROBERT.

Anthony is/was the best. It is a sad day that TD bank has moved him to another location. The service isn't the same to me but I still gave them 5 stars. If I cannot find someone to fill his shoes I will be forced to leave.
