This is by far one of the best UPS locations. They’re always efficient and professional. Alonzo really helped me out with my super heavy package. He helped me once he saw me struggling carrying it into the store. Thanks again!

All they are trying to do is just force their packaging supplies on customers. They “cannot take” my box because I did not used “packaging tape “ instead of regular tape . This is just ridiculous. No other UPS store is doing this . I filed a formal complaint with Amazon as well . At the end of the day is their contractor. I will file more formal complaints with Better Business Bureau and Consumer affairs and everything else that I can . I mentioned to them that there are not “specifics “ on the tape that can be used . They had the audacity that is “the store policy”. This is the way to make an extra buck ? It is not the fact that it is an extra charge but is just not professional.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I was waiting in line to purchase a P.O. Box when an employee named Christian approached me and asked me to leave the store, claiming he had another customer to help. I explained that I was a customer and was ready to pay, but the interaction made me feel dismissed and disrespected.
Another employee named Angel had initially started helping me, but then moved to another computer and never came back to assist. In total, they spent maybe two minutes with me before I was left completely unattended.
It was upsetting, and I genuinely felt unwelcome. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and fairness, no matter their background
