Although I was reluctant to purchase the car site unseen being across the country in California, the attention to detail in the photos and description online in addition to the numerous facetime videos, and transparency from start to finish made this a very pleasant buying experience. I would say the only negative part of the transaction was the transportation time to receive the car was about two weeks outside of that I can not say a negative word about this dealer. “I’ve been bringing my cars to Andy’s for years, and they’ve always been honest, fair, and trustworthy. Even after Meron took over the shop, the same great service has continued.
As a woman, it can be intimidating taking your car in for repairs, but I’ve never once felt taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary work. Meron takes the time to explain what’s needed, is upfront about costs, and has always treated me with respect. I find the cost great and over all service the best around.
It’s hard to find a repair shop you can truly trust, and Andy’s has earned my loyalty. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and quality auto repairs.

I never bought any pre owned cars from them but they have an amazing selection of cars. If I needed I know they would be great preowned cars as their service on fixing cars is honest and they get the job done right.

Went to many places and got the games or hard sell routines that immediately turn me off. Always puts me on the defense and makes for a terrible experience.
Then, my wife found America’s Best Auto. I was skeptical at first. Car shop selling autos. Not always optimal. Wow, was I wrong.
This family owed business knows how to run a business and provide excellent customer service. They were polite, professional, very helpful, and made the experience of finding and purchasing a vehicle that was a perfect fit… Enjoyable!
They have a good selection to choose from, and the cars all seemed to be in great condition. They even offered a Carfax free of charge, which gave me a level of comfort. The car we wanted needed new tires, and the team helpfully got us a nice set at wholesale prices. Also had a bum tire sensor, which I wasn’t aware of, and they threw it in for free.
You might think the relationship ends when the car is purchased, but that’s not the case here. Each of the folks at America’s Best Auto were happy to answer any questions and help in any way they could well beyond the date of purchase. These guys know how to make happy customers!

I came in yesterday to potentially purchase a 2014 Volkswagen GTI. I looked at it online through my own finance company. Unfortunately, my finance company wasn't 100% accurate on my rates and down payment but I still wanted to give it a shot. This is a smaller dealership that has super friendly staff and great atmosphere. Its on a main road so you can not miss it, Location is key.
I seen this car in person and I fell in love instantly, it was exactly what I was looking for and at the price that I was willing to pay. Again, My finance companies preapproval was not accurate but that did not matter Jovon went out of his way to give me the best options to bring home MY CAR. This was a no pressure buying experience, Jovon seen what I wanted and knew I had a vision, and taking my drive into consideration he was willing to do everything possible to make the numbers make sense.
Nobody here is going to sell you a car, this is a place where the car is going to sell itself. Upfront, Honest and going to be honest with you about everything from the vehicle itself down to the payment processing. Please remember, I spent almost 7 hours on the road and had no problem walking away from the purchase but the car was that much of a good deal.
I would purchase from them again if the right car came up but until then I will enjoy my GTI. I will update my review after a month of driving the car.”
