I called, Lonny's shipped me the jacket which arrived the next day, and were lovely to work with. The customer service was incredible! “This store is so nicely organized it’s very clean inside, the bathrooms are sparkling not to mention the staff, a lady named Dimitra checked me & my husband out at the register and she is was super nice to us & so helpful, She knew all the details about online and in-store shopping sales. Thanks to her we ended up buying more clothes, she’s is an amazing sales assistant. She even offered me a GAP CC. Also the girl on the floor name Alyssa was very helpful we noticed her keeping everything clean, she also helped us with bagging our clothes. You can tell these ladies love and care about the store and the customers. I’ve been shopping here for years and my only complaint is the fact that the store is a little small. Nevertheless I live in the area so I love it here because it’s really convenient to have a GAP store in the same town. Awesome store grate staff, love this place!”

“Very helpful employees, especially Amy, at picking out pieces that go together to create cute outfits. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price. While comparable to women's clothing boutiques, it can be pricey to go shopping. So I just have to buy a few things at a time :)”

“A bit more than I’m used to spending, but the clothes are cute. Some items can be hard to find a small in, but for the most part the sizes are okay. If you’re really small (-XS), it can be hard to find anything that fits nicely, so maybe try somewhere else for that. Anyone else should be good.”
