He advises us over the phone when we have a concern. He doesn't charge us until he completely identifies and fixes each problem. His prices are affordable. He picks us up and drops us off because we have just the one car, so we don't have to wait in his waiting room while he/his mechanics do the work.

“This new Mirabito that was recently redone in Parish NY, off I81 (north & south- eazy on & off from either side) is great! It's really a rest stop (where they actually have it set up for you to rest, eat & be comfortable), has an awesome Subway (always fresh food & great people who staff that counter), Dunkin always has the dark roast no matter what time it is, and the rest of the staff who run the gas/store counter- especially Kelsey. Not sure if she's a manager or not, but she absolutely should be! She's really the best! Totally recommend this spot to pull on or off 81”
