I paid for a soap and rinse car wash. However, I only received a water rinse; there was no soap ever dispensed for the entire wash. Didn't get what I paid for.

Went three times paid and there was no soap and you can't get a hold of any one the phone numbers mailbox is full

Paid 12 dollars, all it did was spray soap and it stopped before spraying water or absolutely anything else
