Camp Stomping Ground

Hours: Camp Stomping Ground is a nonprofit summer camp in the foothills of the Adirondacks. The camp focuses on being a good person and empathizing with others, and is device free. It creates a magical, nourishing, supportive, and fun environment. Many kids say Camp Stomping Ground is their real home, better than Christmas. It is a beautiful and supportive camp environment for lots of different kids. Campers have a great experience with goofy and fun activities and well-put-together night games. New friendships are formed, and kids have so much fun, returning blissfully worn out. The camp provides a safe, creative environment where kids can really just be kids. Campers plan their return each summer, with some attending for five years and others hoping to come back next summer.
