Perfect job by Custom Collision! I'm 70 and in my entire life I've never had any car repaired in a shop, so I was worried. But this couldn't have been made any easier or worked any better, and the car is perfect again. The shop owner is professional and fixated on customer service, which is how you are guaranteed quality in the shop's work. Not only that, but Tom makes all the necessary connections easy ( i.e. rental car, insurance company, payment). Highly recommend this shop. Thanks Tom- Robin

For years now I have been using Tom at Custom Collision. He has always taken the time to accommodate me when I have needed some paint work done. He always is honest and fair. 5 stars all the way. I would definitely recommend him for your auto collision needs.

I unfortunately got into a car accident about a month ago. I was unsure on where to go with my car as I’m new to the area, and it was my first car accident. My husband found custom collision specialties in middle island to be the best fit, and seriously all these reviews speak for themselves. Tom was the most honest, reliable man, and got my car done and kept me updated on progress. It took less than a month to get my car back and when I first saw my car i thought it was brand new. Endorse and echo other positive reviews. Met Tom, one of the owners, when I brought my 2021 Prius Prime PHEV needing body work (rear quarter panel, passenger door, trim damaged when I got too close to garage entryway). He was fair, thorough, honest, approachable, and the work performed -- which included body work, painting, sealing -- was top-notch, excellent. Vehicle looks like new. On top of that, I was headed out of town and needed my vehicle back asap, which he accommodated. Overall, a very positive experience and outcome. Thankful, I was referred to him. Amazing amazing amazing experience! Tony was so great to work with and helped me out, with getting a nasty dent out of my car. Customer service is top notch and the place is beautiful inside. Doesn't feel like a shop at all. The estimate he gave me seemed fair and just and a better price than a different shop I had called beforehand has said. If you live in or near this shop I highly HIGHLY recommend getting service here. Thank you Tony for all the help!
