I’ve been a loyal customer at this laundromat for over six years, but I can’t justify coming back anymore. The owner clearly has no shame constantly raising the prices—nearly a dollar more per cycle on my last visit—while the quality of service continues to decline.
Machines are frequently broken, often eating coins or jamming with clothes inside. Employees are left banging on the machines just to get them to work, which speaks volumes about the lack of maintenance. Water leaks onto the floor, doors get stuck, and the place feels more run-down with every visit. It’s honestly become unsafe and unreliable.
I feel bad for the staff, who are clearly doing their best but aren’t being supported and i’m sure are not paid enough to manage this disaster. It’s not their fault—this is a management issue, plain and simple.
It’s time for this place to shut down and make way for someone who actually cares. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until there’s a serious change in ownership and upkeep.

Go wash elswhere these people don’t care.
Place says it’s closed at 11pm went to wash at 8:15 was Rudely told the water is offf and they close at 10 last wash at 8pm. The guy who worked there was doing nothing but smoking right outside the door, lazy. Even if you closed at 10pm you should have the water off at 8pm 2 hours before close.
. Takes 30 mins to wash and 40 to dry you have the water off 2-3 hours before close.

If I could give no stars I would. This laundry Matt is the absolute worst laundromat in the area. Came here to wash my clothes. None of the hot water is working. My washer was stuck on one cycle for more than an hour. I was waiting for it to finish to put it in the dryer and it just kept going and going and realized it won’t stop spinning and spinning mean while there wasn’t even water in it the whole time!!! I got the employee and she told me that, it was never washing And I had to put it in another washer and wait another hour for it the wash. Most of the washers and dryers are out of service I seen a lot of people complaining to the employee and she really didn’t give anyone any good answers other then I don’t know it’s just not working. Never got my money back for the cycle that didn’t wash. It was an absolute disaster of an experience. Will never come here again. Please do not go here !!!

I have never seen anything like this ever! There are so many post-it notes all over this laundromat for literally everything! From washing machines to dryers to change machines. Whoever owns this place should....... nevermind. I can see why this place is so empty while other laundromats nearby are packed. Thought I just got lucky today when I came by. Now on my way to the crowded laundromat down the street.

i stopped here to do my laundry today and it says online they close at 11. i realized omg i forgot my laundry at 9:45. i work in the shopping center so it’s literally less than a minute walk. i called and asked when they close and the guy was actually so mean to me saying no we actually close at 10. so then i go there by 9:50 and the door was already locked. i did a little knock and the guy literally threw his mop out of anger. i understand everyone has bad days but i felt uncomfortable going in to get my laundry after that… especially when im a young girl alone with this man. not cool. doesn’t matter where you work you need to keep your composure.

The Hispanic lady is SOOOOOO nasty! I’ve been there twice and the first time the washer took my quarters and wouldn’t start. She said it was my fault and left. I had to chase her down to give me my money so that I can wash my clothes. The second time the dryer didn’t dry my clothes and she got so upset as if I broke it! She’s lucky both times I was in a chill mood.

Worst place blond lady is very rude nasty and disrespectful cursing people out in front of there little kids. She shouldn’t work with the public,Now for the machines they are old and expensive they spill all over and don’t work when you have an issue they are rude and nasty and say what would you like us to do……. I went here to wash my down comforter and it was by far the worst experience. The place is very run down and the dryers don't all work. Definitely needs new machines. The worst part by far is the snarky, rude woman who works at the desk. She was very rude to me when I tried to ask a question and to a lot of other customers while I was sitting there.

Lady was somewhat rude said I asked enough questions I found the machines to be somewhat small and somewhat expensive compared to what I'm used to I'll be looking for another laundromat

Never coming back again it has taken me 1hr and 17min to dry my clothes changing back and forth between dryers and maybe only two out of 10 actually dry smh this place is horrible. What laundromat still uses quarters
