Stonegate at Middle Island is a welcoming and friendly community that many residents are proud to call home. The neighborhood is peaceful, well-maintained, and beautifully designed, offering a serene natural setting nestled in the forest full of wildlife like deer and turkeys. This creates a calming, quiet retreat that feels like its own little world, tucked away yet conveniently located. The community is impeccably clean and maintained with consistent landscaping, seasonal touches, and excellent snow removal. Amenities are impressive, nicely appointed, and include a clubhouse that is much nicer than expected. The clubhouse contains a gym, resurfaced tennis courts with pickleball capabilities, and a redone pool and patio area. There are also two dog park areas. The grounds are lovely to walk, with peaceful views from units that have nice layouts and large walk-in closets. The staff contributes immensely to the sense of community. The property manager, leasing office team, and maintenance crew are all accessible, responsive, friendly, and hardworking. They greet residents with warm smiles and genuine kindness, handling requests with care, professionalism, and prompt attention. Maintenance is reliable, with emergencies addressed swiftly and non-urgent matters often handled the same day. Residents highlight the incredible neighbors and uplifting atmosphere, where it is common to be greeted with a friendly smile or wave. This sense of belonging is enhanced by community events, like a Halloween party where residents and their families enjoy excellent catered food. Many have lived here for a long time, finding Stonegate to be a fantastic experience and a hidden gem that stands head and shoulders above others. It is more than just a place to live; it is a safe, welcoming, and wonderful place to belong.
Went to their Halloween Party and had a blast. Residents and their families were all enjoying themselves. Food was catered and excellent although I stuffed myself where I shouldn’t have!

So far the 18 months here have been great. The women in the office are always helpful and James who runs maintenance is excellent. Only issue is lack of parking in front of your apt. Some people park in hdcp like its their own personal space. Plenty of visitor parking though.
